This heritage-listed, 13-storey building had significant structural and aesthetic damage, mostly inside an internal light well. JT Worx were the only contractor the management were able to engage that had the expertise to complete the extremely detail-oriented work that had to be accessed at significant heights without disturbing the residents or causing any further damage.

Our Solutions Involved

• Chemically removing existing lead paint off window frames
• Cutting into and repairing concrete façade
• Cleaning steelwork and installing anodes to prevent further corrosion
• Application of anti-carbonation to prevent façade oxidization
• Successfully overcoming all access challenges with unique solutions surfaces
• Completing the job in 9 months with building fully restored to heritage standards.
